  • How do preorders work?

    • When you place a preorder, you are securing an item before it is officially released or produced.

    • Preorders ensure you’ll receive the item once it’s available, as quantities may be limited.

    • Preorder items typically ship on or around the date specified in the product description. We will notify you of any delays or changes to the estimated shipping time.

    • Payment for preorder items is collected at the time of purchase, and once the product ships, you will receive a tracking number.

  • What size should I get?

    • Our products are true to size. If you're looking for an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up for a loos-er, more relaxed look.

    • If you prefer a more fitted look, we suggest sticking with your usual size.

    • To ensure you pick the perfect size, please refer to our size chart available on the product page for measurements.

  • How will I receive tracking information?

    • For in-house products, you’ll receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order being shipped.

    • For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) produced items, please allow us extra time as these are produced in limited quantities and not mass-produced. We’ll send tracking information as soon as your item is ready to ship.
